Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and billing address. Payment is processed by Shopify and our payment providers - we do not see or store your full card number.

When you contact us, including through a fitment or installation enquiry, we collect what you send us: your name, contact details, vehicle details and anything else you choose to include.

When you browse the site we collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to confirm fitment, to quote and schedule installation work, to handle returns, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have opted in, we also use your email address to send you updates about products and offers - every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect anything else.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed, with the providers who help us run the business: Shopify, which hosts this store; our payment providers; the carriers who deliver your order; our email and analytics providers; and our accountants. Some of these providers are located outside Australia, which means your information may be stored or processed overseas. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for supporting you, and marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

This site runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email finalspecshop@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
