This website is operated by Final Spec, ABN 96 671 418 992, based in Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Final Spec. You can reach us at finalspecshop@gmail.com.

By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you complete checkout. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or listing error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no membership fees, subscriptions or recurring charges - you pay once, for what is in your cart, at the price shown.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices and product availability can change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.

We list fitment by model, year and variant, and we test parts before we list them. Even so, vehicles vary - previous repairs, earlier modifications and mid-cycle factory changes can all affect whether a part suits your particular car. It is your responsibility to confirm a part suits your vehicle before ordering, and we are happy to help you do that if you contact us first.

Product images are representative. Minor variation in finish or shade can occur between production batches.

Parts sold here are aftermarket components. Some are intended for road use and some are not. Road rules and vehicle standards differ between Australian states and territories and in New Zealand, and it is your responsibility to confirm that a modification is permitted where your vehicle is registered. If you are unsure, ask us before you buy and we will tell you what we know.

Where you install a part yourself, or have it installed by a third party, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation. Modifying a vehicle may affect its manufacturer warranty or its insurance - check with your provider if that matters to you.

Where we quote and carry out installation at our own workshop, that work is quoted separately and confirmed with you before it begins. If a job turns out to be more involved than expected, we will tell you before continuing rather than after.

Returns and refunds are covered by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by those guarantees, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.

The Final Spec name, logo, photography and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model designations are used only to describe the vehicles a part fits, and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
